Housing projects are characterized by following their own rules whilst equipment in larger projects finds its use in this scope. Casting cellars with double sided wall systems like TriTec Light at 2.70m height is a recognized demand in the western part of the world. For larger areas, TriTec Light panels can be joined with standard TriTec and then lifted by crane. The system itself is designed for crane independency and withstands fresh concrete pressure up to 60 kN / m2.
Footings and foundations can be easily built with 1.20 m and 1.50 m TriTec Light panels or swivelled 2.70 m and 3.00 m length panels. While the TriTec Light Multipurpose Panel is regularly used for stop ends or for wall offsets, it becomes advantageous when it functions as column shutter. With four panels, cross sections from 20 x 20 cm up to 60 x 60 cm can be formed and up to 60 x 105 cm with six panels, all in 5 cm increments. The built-in 18 mm plywood is easy to change. It can be replaced by formlining according to site requirements. With the standard Light Clamp, it is competitively priced compared to systems like Flex 50. Not to mention the system’s double service life due to its rigid hollow outer steel frame and fully hot dip galvanized frame.
TriTec Light is completely compatible with the standard TriTec and with other leading German systems. Consequently, the full range of accessories is available, making TriTec Light a very versatile system. A switch-over to standard TriTec always remains an interesting option.
For small areas, decking is best performed with Multiflex slab formwork. It easily adapts to any shape and any height in the building. For larger slab areas, panelised decking systems with or without early striking option might be an advantage. This is specially the case when the areas are large enough and the layout doesn't require much infill areas through drop beams.
