Forming made fast and simple with APC for all types of sites

 

 

GHI TriTec® is a panel-based wall formwork system with built-in plywood for casting walls or vertical geometries of any structure. Panels are available in four standard heights; at each height, there are six standard widths.   These are assembled to cast any wall height and length quickly and safely. Solutions are also available for stepped or slanted walls at different heights, offset walls, length adjustments, core walls, single sided walls and corners. 

 

Each panel is made of closed steel frame that rigidly encases the 18mm thick European plywood. The plywood can last up to 80 re-uses if cleaned regularly. The steel frames are powder-coated (in any colour of choice) for easier maintenance. On demand, it can also be hot dip galvanized to protect it completely from corrosion.

 

In this system, panels are aligned and fastened with a single hammer stroke using only one device – the APC (Aligning Panel Clamp).   Length adjustments and rigidity of inter-panel connections are achieved through the use of Compensation Waler TTR85. The other components are Push Pull Strut PPS, Lifting Hooks, Concreting Platforms and Tie Rods.

 

In line with GHI’s principle of providing practical formwork solutions, TriTec® panel wall formwork system is simple and fast to erect. The system uses fewer parts compared to traditional solutions. As a result, the search (for a component) is minimized, interim storage is simplified and losses are reduced. 

 

All the main elements and accessories required to assemble a TriTec® panel wall formwork system are developed, manufactured and tested according to German guidelines.
