Designed mainly for the wall system Flex 50, the steel waler WS10 is also offered as a component with multipurpose applications for high load-bearing slab formwork, such as the following:
- non-typical floors in high rises
- industrial structures
- superstructure for bridge formwork (web cantilever formwork)
- transfer slab and truss beams
- primary beam for table formwork to build irregular deep slab
The waler WS10 provides multiple options for connection. Elements that are used to perform common functions are grouped together. For example, a protection screen (windscreen) for high rises can be designed using waler WS10 and other similar connecting parts from the Flex 50 wall system. Or by using waler WS10 in combination with spindles and scaffolding, a tunnel wagon can be assembled.
Standardized solutions out of the WS10 waler help to reduce cost and time on site. Existing stock of the client can be designed in because the WS10 waler is compatible with leading European standard.
All equipment is delivered by GHI with appropriate design service, static calculations and site supervision.
