High-performing frame supports

The GHI D-15 shoring system is used to support cantilevers or higher elevations at the worksite, starting from 5.50 m up to 100 m. It is ideal for projects like non-typical floors in high-rises, water towers, silos, ridges or subways, where work area is very limited and high load concentration is required. Moreover, it combines well with the GHI Multiflex slab formwork system. 

 

D-15 shoring consists of assembling tower frames comprising six elements only. Every tower frame will then become a 4-post diagonally braced structure (each post capable of taking different loads) with a square cross section of one metre. The tower frame is torsion-resistant and ensures not only high vertical loading capacity but also horizontal load-bearing volume of up to 200 kN. Each tower frames are easily joined together by the Quick-Action Connector to reach any supporting height. Equally efficient as stacking tower or slab table, D-15 shoring is notably cost effective through easy and fast assembly. 

 

Compared to traditional scaffold, D-15 Shoring uses 70% less parts to achieve equivalent support. Therefore, fewer components mean fewer inventories and less transportation to and from the jobsite. It means less storage costs and lower handling charges. The ease of assembly reduces labour costs, over and over again. 

 

All-rounded hot dip galvanization guarantees a service life of over 10 years with minimum care and maintenance.

 

The Head Jack discharges load onto the tower frame and compensates for slopes up to six percent. The Head Jack can be adjusted within an extension range of 6.00 cm to 29.50 cm.

 

The Base Jack compensates for slopes up to six percent. It has an adjustment range of 8.70 cm to 30.00 cm.

The Standard Frames, which are available in 133.50 cm and 100.00 cm heights, are slotted into one another during assembly.  They are firmly connected together with each frame’s inbuilt locking mechanism.

 

The End Frame is used to brace the Standard Frames horizontally with the head and base jacks.

 

Suitable for any of the standards frames. Only one D-15 Diagonal is required for each standard frame.
