Coating options for TriTec frames

GHI is now broadening clients’ options as regards coating preferences for its frames and accessories.

In the past, the panels for the TriTec wall system were supplied in red powder coating only. Now, the frames are available as hot dip galvanized – inside and out – especially for rust protection. Optional powder coating in any colour over the galvanised finish is also possible. GHI uses Swiss-made powder, proven for UV resistance and its non-reacting with liquids like release agents or cement minerals. While red powder coating remains a standard, clients can choose the shade (ex factory) to match either their corporate colours or to avoid interchange with others. By using a waxing method from the car industry, GHI ensures long term rust protection for the inner profiles when powder coating only is used.
